  5. I am extremely happy with our website, the design and functionality and the service we have received, Superb! Within less than 24 hours of contacting Fallen Leaf they had researched the business and got a really good understanding of what we were looking to achieve, and of our potential market. They’ve come up with some extremely good suggestions and solutions, whilst being open to amendments when required or suggested. Fallen Leaf's focus has been to gain the best for UKLR, in design, functionality and with regards to the internet. Some really valuable 'extras' have been added into the site, making it easier to navigate, administrate and evaluate. Ours was not a simple site, and was replacing an extremely inferior and non-functional site. Fallen Leaf not only has vision, in every aspect, but a superb understanding of SEOs and other tools to help get us recognised in the market.   34. We approached Fallen Leaf Web Design to build a new intranet site for our business, Alton Cars Group has 5 accident repair centre sites, covering Yorkshire & North Humberside. From the start they gave us a clear and concise quote, and lead time. The intranet was built on time and to budget, and gave us new features such as, online holiday managment for all sites, a file management soltuion for all our sites to share company documents, and an employee directory where all employees can be searched, and contacted. They also took over the hosting of our main company website, cutting our previous price by 40%. They continue to support us through any changes, and always provide an efficient and prompt response to any support request, no matter how big or small. – How would you describe your overall experience with Fallen Leaf?

  35. We turned to Fallen Leaf after our website was hacked and completely disabled in 2012. They managed to rescue all the data, over 4gb of info, and completely rebuild the site on a new more secure server updating the operating system and all the additional programmes we were using adding some new ones we requested. We found them very responsive to requests during the rebuild and quickly sorted problems, of which there were a few due to size and nature of the site. We were kept informed on a daily basis and nothing was changed without our consent and whilst a lot of the issues were complex they did their best to communicate in terms we understood. Overall we're extremely happy with how Fallen Leaf dealt with the site rescue and the end result is a vast improvement, and it didn't cost us the earth either. – How would you describe your overall experience with Fallen Leaf?
